Decent service, minor issue

I bought a Birthday Bundle for a friend. The ordering process was easy enough, and it arrived within the promised timeframe, which was great. The flowers themselves were nice and fresh, but the plush toy that came with it looked a bit cheaper than I expected from the photos. Overall, good value for the price, but they could improve the quality of the add-ons.

Detailed feedback on a recent order

I placed an order for a Wellness Kit as a get-well-soon gift for a colleague. The website was straightforward to navigate, and finding the right item was simple. I chose same-day delivery for a KL address. The order was confirmed quickly via email. The package arrived late afternoon, which was within their stated delivery window, so no complaints there. My colleague mentioned the items in the kit were well-curated and of good quality – the scented candle smelled lovely, and the tea selection was appreciated. The only minor point was that the tracking update could have been a bit more frequent, but it did arrive safely. I would consider using them again for similar gift needs.

So happy with my order!

I absolutely loved the Dried Flower Bouquet I got from Happy Bunch! It looked even better in person than on the website. The delivery was super quick, like within hours. It was packaged so nicely too, really made it feel special. I'm definitely going to shop here again for gifts and maybe even treat myself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for beautiful flowers!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third time ordering from Happy Bunch, and they're always reliable. I usually go for the Bunch of the Week. This time, I sent a Flower Box to my sister. The quality of the blooms was consistent with my previous orders. Delivery to Petaling Jaya was smooth, just like before. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect.

Good flowers, fast delivery

I ordered a Petite Bunch for my mom's birthday. It arrived on time. The flowers were fresh. She liked them. I'd order again.

Got a nice gift for my friend

Needed a quick gift for my friend's anniversary, so I tried Happy Bunch. Grabbed one of their Fav Bunches. It was pretty easy to pick out on the site. Delivery was on time, which was a relief. My friend sent me a picture, and the flowers looked good. Everything went smoothly, no drama, which is always a plus when you're busy.
